Downloading eBooks
The Library has
several platforms available to download eBooks to your eReader
device. Take a look below and start downloading for free.

3M Cloud Library
Download
eBooks onto your device from home or in the library. There are no
late fees! You will need to
download the reader
app onto your device to get started. Once you download the
app, you will be able to start browsing the collection at
http://ebook.3m.com/library/en/GreenHillsPL/. The Library is
happy to assist you in getting started with this new eBook platform.

Axis 360
Axis 360 is very user-friendly. You can
download bestselling eBooks for up to 21 days directly onto your
device using the Blio software application. Titles will
automatically expire at the end of the lending period and there
are no late fees. You can even place holds on items that
are checked out. To start browsing the collection, go to
http://ghpl.axis360.baker-taylor.com.

Media on Demand
Media on Demand allows you to download
best-selling and classic audiobooks, eBooks, music, and video, anytime,
anywhere. Titles will automatically expire at the end of the lending
period. There are no late fees! You can download best-selling novels,
well-known classics, self-improvement guides, and much more. To get
started, go to
http://www.mediaondemand.org. Call us at 708-598-8446 if you have
any questions. This service is available to all major devices,
including the Kindle.
Freading
We now offer another eBook
service for your eReader device. Freading allows you to
download eBooks for free onto your eReader device. With
over 20,000 titles from 16 publishers to choose from, this
service is available to every major eReader device except the
Kindle. It is very easy to download and read eBooks.
Titles checkout for 2 weeks and there are never any overdue
fines! You can access the Freading website at
www.greenhills.freading.com.

eBooks From Project Gutenberg
Project Gutenberg is the place where you can
download over 33,000 free eBooks to read on your PC, iPad, Kindle, Sony
Reader, iPhone, Android or other portable device. All of their eBooks
